Any donations, subscriptions, or purchases made through RustyBucket or affiliated platforms are voluntary.

  • Purchases are non-refundable.
  • Digital items may be modified, removed, or discontinued.
  • Server wipes, updates, balancing changes, or resets may affect purchased benefits.

We reserve the right to modify store offerings at any time.

7. Virtual Items

Any in-game items, ranks, permissions, rewards, or benefits provided through our Services:

  • Remain the property of RustyBucket.
  • Have no real-world monetary value.
  • May be modified, removed, or reset at any time.

Users acquire a limited license to use such items while access is granted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services, including:

  • Logos
  • Graphics
  • Text
  • Custom plugins
  • Server branding

is owned by RustyBucket or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without prior written permission.

Rust is a trademark and product of Facepunch Studios. RustyBucket is an independent community server and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facepunch Studios.

9. User Content

By submitting content to our Services, including messages, forum posts, screenshots, suggestions, or uploaded files, you grant RustyBucket a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content for community and operational purposes.

You remain responsible for any content you submit.

10. Availability of Services

We do not guarantee that Services will be available at all times.

We may:

  • Modify Services.
  • Suspend Services.
  • Perform maintenance.
  • Remove features.
  • Permanently discontinue operations.
